Our autos are fitted with GPS to enable us track these vehicles. GPS also ensures that we are able to give you a SAFE MODE of transport. We have a CALL CENTER that currently works between 7 am to 10 pm on all days in assisting you to find the nearest auto. We understand that we have taken a huge responsibility on our shoulders - of changing YOUR PERCEPTION of the auto driver and of changing HIM to be polite. There are no miracles here, our training systems, our processes, our sincerity and holistic approach in helping the driver and his family genuinely, to better their living standards helps us achieve this. And most importantly this is only possible with your feedback and empathy.
